Multi-Dimensional Feature Fusion

Sheep face recognition using proprietary AI models trained on 66K+ augmented images. Face detection via YOLO, identity recognition via GhostNet with cosine similarity matching.

Video Capture

4K video from DSLR or smartphone at 1-2m distance. Individual 180° coverage and flock-level batch recording across multiple sessions.

Face Detection

YOLO v8n/v8s/v8m models detect and crop sheep faces from video frames. 48K frames processed down to 33K clean, de-duplicated images via d-Hash.

Feature Extraction

GhostNet extracts multi-dimensional facial features. Training on 22K images augmented to 66K. Validation on 11K images augmented to 33K.

Identity Match

Cosine similarity and L2 norm matching. 99.90% average accuracy, 99.98% best validation accuracy. Precision: 0.9991, Recall: 0.9990.
